MFA Information Session and Reception Come and learn about Manhattanville's MFA in Creative Writing Program with Program Director Lori Soderlind. This event begins at 5:30 followed by "Meet the Writers" reading and reception at 7pm with author and MFA adjunct instructor Sharbari Ahmed. Register Online!

Meet the Writers Series – Sharbari Ahmed
Bangladeshi-American screenwriter, playwright, and author Sharbari Ahmed will present a mix of her work. Ahmed was a member of the writing team for the network series Quantico and is author of the story collection, “The Ocean of Mrs. Nagai.”

Book Launch celebration for Manhattanville MFA alumna Laurel Peterson
Join us to help Laurel Peterson, novelist and Norwalk Connecticut’s Poet Laureate, celebrate the release of “Do You Expect Your Art to Answer,” a collection of ekphrastic poetry. Laurel earned her MA in 1995  and her MFA in 2014.
